1. In how many days does my order take place?
Within 2-3 working days. Bulk orders leave Monday or Tuesday morning/afternoon, depending on weather conditions.


2. What are the shipping costs?
Depending on the height, weight, and volume of the product. Shipments are sent with BoxNow - or any other courier service (ELTA, General Post, ACS, DHL, DPD). Typical pricing via BoxNow is 3, 4, or 8€ for S/M/L packaging.


3. Which areas do you ship products to?
Shipments are made throughout Greece without exception.


4. How can I pay for my order?

2) With Revolut (Applicable soon)

3) By Cash or POS (only in-store)
4) By deposit to our bank account (IBAN). Your order will proceed once the deposit is confirmed. Orders for which payment has not been confirmed within three working days are automatically canceled. Below are our bank accounts:

5. I have not received an email confirming my order. Why is this happening?
Please check your spam folder and ensure your email address is filled in correctly. Otherwise, contact us by phone (+30 6932479350) or email (info@mytropicalplant.com).


6. Why can't I complete my order?
A product may not be available (i.e., out of stock). Please get in touch with us to confirm.
